NNVNPS Native Plant Sale on Sunday, 9/13

If you have missed our sale so far you are in luck! We still have a number of beautiful native plants left for the final day of our sale tomorrow. We have quite a few Buttonbushes and are offering one free Buttonbush to each person that becomes a new member tomorrow while supplies last. Come join our fun group! Buttonbushes are native, fragrant, can grow in up to 3’ of standing water as well as in your pollinator garden and are the ultimate native Butterfly ‘bush’.

We have many gorgeous Swamp Rose-Mallows left that are absolutely stunning in bloom and perfect for low areas, upper reaches of tidal streams and rivers, rain gardens, and just regular garden beds. What a summer extravaganza!

We have gorgeous Blue Flag Iris that work in similar situations as the above, offering long lasting stunning blue-violet blooms in late spring and stabilizing shorelines and preventing erosion and they are just plain beautiful.

Cut-leaf Coneflowers, Asters, Goldenrods, Mt Mints and Narrow-leaf Sunflower for your late summer and pollinator gardens and many more. A number of lovely small trees and shrubs await you like our stunning fall blooming native witch-hazels and Sweetbay Magnolias!

And we still have some flats as well as large pots of stunning shoreline and ornamental grasses and sedges.

It’s Sangria Sunday at Good Luck Cellars tomorrow and Nino’s Pizza Truck will provide awesome Italian pizza and pasta. Come listen to great music, enjoy a glass of award-winning wine on the covered porch, and take home some wonderful native plants!
